affiliates and part of A&N Investment and real estate management co Ltd. A&N investment and real estate management
Co Ltd, uphold the following as part of the privacy policy and personal data
protection. As we are operating in
Zanzibar a part of Tanzania, as Tanzania has not yet pass a bill for data
protection Act, however A&N investment and real estate management Co Ltd,
has enshrined the General Data Protection Regulation (EU)2016/679(GDPR) which
addresses, among others, the export of personal data outside EU.

measures in light of current technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission
over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
